We measure ourselves on whether the book you print matches the files you received, with stale private marks labeled as stale. We do not score your book. We do not recommend a trade.
The people you meet stay on your account
The people who walk you through Stonebook are the same people who stay on the account. You are not handed off after the license is signed.
Your book stays yours
You keep the logins. You enter the private marks. You set the policy limits. Stonebook holds the record and prints the pack. If you leave, the book is still yours to export.

Custodian files from Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, and the rest of your roster land next to the private marks you enter with a date. We measure and report. We do not advise, take custody, or place trades.
We take on fewer firms than a typical software shop our size. Every license gets a named contact who knows your custodians and your private book, not a ticket queue.
The product is a license, not a project. A firm pays once a year, seats are unlimited, and the ops team can all log in. If a file fails, the flag is on the book before a client pack goes out. If a private mark is old, the report says it is old. That is the whole job.
We have stayed small on purpose. The people who answer support@commandstone.com are the people who shipped the recon flags. You will not get a rotating account team that has never opened a Pershing file.

Our Story
Founded in Boston. Still the same constraint.
Command Stone was started after years of watching RIA ops teams rebuild household packs by hand before every exam. The constraint has not changed: print the book as it is, with the dates on it, and do not pretend a stale mark is current.

2022
Founded in Boston
First year: seven custodians posted into one book for a Boston RIA. Packs went out from Stonebook the next quarter.
2023
First Stonebook license
Office opened on Farnsworth Street in Boston. Every license came with unlimited seats from day one.

FORGE Framework published
Custodian ingest for Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing in one book. Private marks keep their dates.
