Quarterly Client Packs

- 8 - 16 weeks to production
- Fixed-scope milestone contracts
- Dedicated senior engineer
- Weekly delivery checkpoints
- 30-day post-launch monitoring
- Household packs
- Exam file
- Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing
- Private marks with as-of dates
- Failed-file flags on the pack
The last exam asked for two years of household packs with the private book included. You should not rebuild those files by hand. The pack is a print of the book you already reconcile.
What the pack prints
What a pack contains:
- Custodian positions with as-of dates. Private marks with the dates you entered.
- Open recon flags and look-through lines using the limits you set.
- Archive rule - last quarter's pack stays filed so an exam pull does not rebuild it
- Pack plan - a household PDF with the public book, the private book, and the flags on one file
- Packs print from the same book you reconcile. The household sees the as-of you actually posted.
- Historical packs stay filed so an exam pull does not rebuild them by hand.
How the exam file is the working file
Every Quarterly Client Packs engagement follows the same three-phase structure, led by a senior operator at each stage:
- Connect. Custodian files and private marks land in one book before the pack is generated. Nothing is typed twice.
- Report. The quarterly pack prints from the reconciled book with the as-of you actually posted.
- When a pack is ready, your ops lead gets a household PDF with the public book, the private book, and the flags on one file. You can send it to the client or pull two years of packs for an exam without rebuilding the pages.
The last exam asked for two years of household packs with the private book included. We pulled them from Stonebook in an afternoon instead of rebuilding the files by hand.
Who uses these packs
Most firms that buy Quarterly Client Packs already produce a pack by hand. They are not looking for a new narrative. They need the same pages every quarter, with the private marks and the failed-file flags included.
It is built for:
- Ops teams that currently assemble household packs from three systems before each quarter
- Firms that were asked in the last exam for two years of packs with the private book included
- Technology and data teams that know what they want to build but need external validation and sequencing
- Family offices that want the same pack the RIA sends, without a separate rebuild
We work closely with your internal engineering and data teams throughout - and have a strong track record of producing strategies that internal teams can actually execute, without the friction that comes from recommendations made without understanding the existing stack.
