We measure and report. We do not advise.
The book over everything
We measure ourselves on one thing: did the pack you sent a client match the files you received, with stale marks labeled as stale? The book is the product.
Unlimited seats
You are buying a license, not a bench. Support is the same team that shipped the recon flags. Seats are unlimited so the whole ops group can log in.
Senior-led, always
The person who answers your first call is the person who can open your recon queue. There is no handoff to a junior support bench after you sign.
