Services
Four surfaces. Custodians in one book.
Four surfaces of the same book. Consolidation, private marks, exposure, and the quarterly pack. Nothing here is advice. Nothing here takes custody.
Custodian Consolidation
Read-only files from Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, and the rest of your roster, mapped into one household book.
Includes:

Custodian file ingest
Files you already receive, mapped into one household book.
Position and lot mapping
Positions and lots grouped the way your firm already reports.
Read-only custodian files
A dated, reconcilable book. Breaks are flagged, never interpolated.
Single book of record
The exam file is the working file. One book, not a spreadsheet.

Private Holdings Ledger
Private valuations sit beside the custodian book. The date you entered is the date that prints. If it is old, the report says it is old.
Includes:

RAG System Architecture
Private marks stored with the date entered. No roll-forward. No interpolated NAV.
Fine-Tuning & Adaptation
Enter a private mark with the date attached. Stonebook never interpolates a stale valuation.
LLM Orchestration
Look-through across SMAs, funds, and direct accounts using weights you supplied
Exam-ready household packs
Internal tools, customer-facing assistants, and knowledge management systems at scale
Exposure and Concentration
Read-only files from Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, and the rest of your roster, mapped into one household book.
Includes:

Look-through
Look-through across SMAs, funds, and separately managed accounts.
Policy limits
Concentration against the limits your firm already wrote down.
SMAs and funds
Policy limits are yours. Stonebook reports against them.
No advice
No ratings. No scores. No recommendations.

Quarterly Client Packs
Private valuations sit beside the custodian book. The date you entered is the date that prints. If it is old, the report says it is old.

Fine-Tuning & Adaptation
Enter a private mark with the date attached. Stonebook never interpolates a stale valuation.

Principles
We measure and report. We do not advise.
The book over everything
We measure ourselves on one thing: did the pack you send a client match the files you received, with stale marks labeled as stale? Strategy decks are not the product. The book is.
Selective intake
You are buying a licence, not a bench. Support is the same team that shipped the recon flags. Seats are unlimited so the whole ops group can log in.
Senior-led, always
The person who answers your first call is the person who can open your recon queue. There is no handoff to a junior implementation bench after you pay.
Fixed-fee milestones
Studio, Firm, and Office are published annual prices. Unlimited seats. You can read them on Pricing before you talk to anyone.

1
Book of record. Firm-level licence.
Honest feasibility
If a custodian file is late, the flag is on the book. If a private mark is old, the pack says it is old. We will not dress either up as current.
Knowledge transfer by default
The quarterly pack is generated from the same book you reconcile. The exam file is the working file. You do not rebuild it in a war room.
